Kulgam, May 8: A wave of grief has descended upon Bogund village in South Kashmir’s Kulgam following the demise of respected educationist and social figure Mrs. Hafiza Zargar, wife of Ghulam Hassan Zargar and mother of Nodal Officer Qaimoh, Showket Hussain Zargar. She was 74.
Mrs. Zargar breathed her last after a prolonged illness, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, dedication, and service to society. Known for her humility and commitment to education, she served as a government teacher for several decades and played a significant role in shaping the lives of countless students across the region.
Residents of Bogund and adjoining areas remembered her as a noble soul and a pillar of strength who devoted her life to the betterment of society through the noble profession of teaching. Her contributions to education and community welfare earned her deep respect and admiration among colleagues, students, and locals alike.
Family members, relatives, colleagues, and people from different walks of life expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, describing her passing as an irreparable loss to the community.
The Nemaaz-e-Jinazah of the deceased will be offered at 4:30 PM onwards in her native village of Bogund, Kulgam.
May the departed soul attain the highest place in Jannah, and may the bereaved family be granted strength and patience to bear this immense loss.
