Kulgam Artist Mudasir Rehman Dar Presents Specially Crafted Portrait to DM Shahzad Alam

KULGAM, AUGUST 22: Social artist and art activist Mudasir Rehman Dar met District Magistrate Kulgam, Shri Shahzad Alam, IAS, and presented him with a specially crafted portrait as a gesture of respect and appreciation.

The meeting highlighted the significant role of art in connecting creativity, public service and society. The presentation also reflected how artistic expression can serve as a meaningful medium for appreciation and social engagement.
